Smart Managed Solutions is fully committed to the elimination of unlawful and unfair discrimination and values the differences that a diverse workforce brings to Smart. We understand that our differences are what make us special.

We are proud to have a Smart Inclusion and Diversity Champion in Anita Jobanputra our HR Director. She has put into place a continuing programme of training for SMT and the wider team.

We have mandatory Smart specific Diversity and Inclusion training for all staff members on our bespoke e-learning system. This training not only covers diversity and inclusion but seeks to educate our staff on unconscious bias and the use of pronouns. We currently have targeted marketing campaigns with an emphasis of positive discrimination to increase diversity across the workforce.

Our Future Leaders programme is also focused on encouraging the growth and development of under-represented groups by investing in leadership training for women and ethnic minorities.
