FABRIC TECHNICIAN

Support the supervisor providing reactive and pre-planned maintenance services to building fabric and specific engineering services at various sites in accordance with laid down procedures and safe working practices.


CONTRACT SUPPORT

Providing a comprehensive financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support function to site managers, supervisors, business managers and contracted customers.


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of UPS, Generators & LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data. Any HV system knowledge and mechanical system knowledge would be desirable.


To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the allocated sites. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems, Generators & LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.

MOBILE ENGINEER


MECHANICAL ENGINEER

To ensure all environmental conditions and critical building systems are maintained to the highest standard throughout. To carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all Mechanical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems & Generators which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data. Basic electrical knowledge would be desirable.


LEAD ENGINEER

Operate and manage all engineering assets to support the business with no unplanned disruptions in the most cost-effective manner. Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to and closed out in accordance with agreed procedures. To develop management tools to actively report on asset and building performance and make recommendations for improvement. To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the specified sites. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems, UPS, Generators & LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data. Experience with HV systems is desirable.
